New Moon in Scorpio

The November 14 New Moon at 23°17′ Scorpio is well-aspected by sextile to Jupiter conjunct Pluto. The harmony-seeking sextile aspect brings out the best qualities of the Jupiter-Pluto conjunction like authentic personal breakthroughs and profound revelations that lead to success.

The November New Moon sextiles the Jupiter-Pluto conjunction indicating this will be a period where one will have an opportunity to clear away some very deep patterns which are related to ancestral experience as well as the personal, experiences such as devastating loss and/or death. Periods of isolation and deep loneliness, or feelings of being cut off from all external sources of support along with being drawn to periods in history that strike a deep cord within which mass oppression, blatant injustice, misuses and abuses of power, and very dark forces were at work, is also part this pattern.

The New Moon Jupiter-Pluto sextile also indicates that life is apt to undergo a period of radical changes leading to personal transformations due to events and circumstances which appear to be completely out of your control. However, one can embrace and cooperate with this process of profound change (metaphorically dying and being reborn), rather than resisting it. During this month life may have a particularly fated or inevitable quality to it, with some feeling a strong sense of mission (of being “on assignment” by the cosmos) in a spiritual sense. As an agent of collective transformation in the world, one may feel inspired to help regenerate social or political institutions and to effect profound change and growth in the collective.

Regardless, revelations will emerge during this period that remind one to come to terms that all things in form must come to an end which will motivate one to seek to live life fully and intensely squeeze all the emotional juice out of any experience and to pursue compelling goals with greater passion and intensity of focus.
